Converted Warf- Windmill St- Walsh Bay

Converted Bond Warf, Walsh Bay

This building was an original Bond Store Warf dating back to 1894. It has now been converted in a office warehouse building. however the original shape and character or the exterior has been kept. The clay bricks differ only in colour, with red clay bricks conversing with brown bricks to line the levels of the building and some openings.
Being so close the water a high level bond would have had to been used to keep the building maintained in the shape it holds today.
